Dayan / Houman Professional Law Corporation, d/b/a The Accident Guys, 6330 San Vicente Blvd, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90048 ("Sponsor").
Open to individuals who are (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and (b) legal residents of California, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, or South Dakota.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible.
Begins June 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends June 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
Visit the official giveaway post on @TheAccidentGuys, follow the account, like the post, and comment which state you reside in. Instagram actions are voluntary methods of entry and are not conditions of winning.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Summer Grill Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, age, and state of residence. Alternative entries receive equal consideration.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Five (5) winners will be selected — one (1) winner from each eligible state (California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and South Dakota). Each winner will receive one (1) new grill (each, a "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is up to $500 USD, for a total ARV of up to $2,500 USD. The specific make and model of each grill will be determined by the Sponsor. Each Prize will be shipped to the winner at a delivery address within the winner's eligible state or, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, fulfilled as a retail gift card of equivalent value toward the purchase of a grill. The Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with Prize receipt and use.
Winners are selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion as described in Section 7. The likelihood of being selected depends on the total number of eligible entries received from each state during the Giveaway Period.
Five (5) winners — one (1) from each eligible state (California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and South Dakota) — will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion from among all eligible entries received, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Giveaway Period. Each winner will be notified via Instagram DM (for Instagram entries) or email (for alternative entries) from an official Sponsor account.
Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, including age (e.g., valid government-issued identification) and legal residency in the eligible state from which they entered, together with a valid mailing address for delivery of the Prize. Failure to respond, provide proof of eligibility, or otherwise comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or any other errors in the administration of the Giveaway.
Limitation of liability: By entering, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages may be awarded.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Residents of Tennessee are excluded from this requirement.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part if any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, security, or proper administration.
All issues arising from these Official Rules or the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Information collected from entrants will be used solely to administer the Giveaway, award Prizes, and for promotional purposes described in Section 9. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. Sponsor will retain entry records for four (4) years as required by California law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram.
